Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LeadBeast handles personal data when you visit our website, join our waitlist, create an account, use the platform, or appear in business-contact data processed through the service.

1. Who we are

LeadBeast.io is a B2B sales intelligence and outreach software service operated from Ukraine ("LeadBeast", "we", "us", or "our"). We help teams identify high-intent leads, enrich business contact records, and launch more relevant outbound campaigns based on professional and company-level buying signals.

For the purposes of applicable privacy laws, LeadBeast acts as a controller for data collected through the website, waitlist, and our direct customer relationships. Depending on how the platform is used, we may also act as a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers.

2. What personal data we collect

Account, waitlist, and profile information

If you sign up for updates, request access, create an account, or use the product, we may collect your name, work email address, company name, role, login credentials, onboarding details, and workspace settings.

Legal basis: contractual necessity, pre-contractual steps at your request, and legitimate interests in operating the service.

Communications and support data

If you contact us, book a demo, reply to our emails, or request support, we may retain your message history, contact details, and any information you choose to share with us so we can respond, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Legal basis: legitimate interests and, where applicable, consent.

Website usage, device, and cookie data

When you browse LeadBeast.io, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer data, and cookie or similar identifiers used for security, analytics, and performance measurement.

Legal basis: legitimate interests and consent where required by law.

Billing and transaction data

If you purchase a paid plan, we may collect billing contact details, company invoicing data, tax information, subscription status, and payment metadata made available by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Legal basis: contractual necessity and legal obligation.

Business contact data processed through the service

When customers use LeadBeast to identify and prioritize B2B prospects, we may process limited professional information about business contacts, including name, job title, company, public professional profile URL, business email address, public company information, and public or licensed intent signals such as job changes, hiring activity, conference participation, and similar professional activity.

This information may come from publicly available professional sources, customer inputs, and third-party enrichment providers. We process this data to help customers identify relevant B2B prospects and time outreach more effectively.

Legal basis: legitimate interests in supporting lawful B2B business development, contractual necessity for customer use of the platform, and compliance with customer instructions where LeadBeast acts as a processor or service provider.

3. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • provide, secure, and maintain LeadBeast and related services;
  • create and manage accounts, subscriptions, and support workflows;
  • identify high-intent B2B leads and power enrichment, scoring, and campaign workflows;
  • communicate with users, prospects, and customers;
  • analyze usage, improve the product, and measure website performance;
  • detect abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for internal analysis, product research, benchmarking, and reporting.

4. Data sharing and disclosure

We may share personal data with:

  • hosting, infrastructure, analytics, authentication, support, and payment providers;
  • customer-enabled integrations and downstream tools selected by the customer;
  • professional advisors, law enforcement, regulators, or courts when legally required;
  • a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not treat LeadBeast as a consumer-data broker and we do not sell personal data in the ordinary sense of the term. That said, some US state privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly, and certain lead-enrichment or advertising-related disclosures may fall within those definitions. You can exercise related rights through our Opt-out & Privacy Request page.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the service, maintaining account history, honoring suppression requests, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

  • Account and subscription data is generally kept while your account remains active.
  • Support, waitlist, and communication data may be retained for follow-up, recordkeeping, and service improvement.
  • Business contact and enrichment data may be refreshed, updated, deleted, or suppressed based on product needs, customer instructions, and privacy requests.
  • If you opt out, we may retain limited suppression information so your data is not re-added to future lead datasets.

6. International transfers

LeadBeast is operated from Ukraine, but our service providers and infrastructure may process data in other jurisdictions, including the European Union, the United States, and any country where our processors operate.

When personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required, such as contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, and equivalent mechanisms designed to protect the data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location and the context in which your data is processed, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion of your personal data;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • request portability of the data you provided to us;
  • opt out of certain disclosures treated as "sale" or "sharing" under US state laws;
  • lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

You can exercise these rights at any time through our Opt-out & Privacy Request page. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and for using the service in a way that complies with applicable privacy, security, and marketing laws.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.

10. Contact and privacy requests

If you have questions about this policy, want to submit a privacy request, or need more information about how LeadBeast processes data, contact us at hello@leadbeast.io.

For formal rights requests, including deletion, access, correction, and opt-out requests, use our Opt-out & Privacy Request page.
