1. How LeadBeast works

LeadBeast helps B2B sales teams identify high-intent leads by analyzing publicly available professional data, company information, business contact details, and buying signals enriched through third-party providers.

That may include public professional profiles, job changes, hiring activity, conference participation, company growth signals, and other business-relevant information used to help our customers decide when to start outreach.

While much of this data is public and business-related, privacy laws in Europe and several US states may still treat it as personal information. If that applies to you, you can use this page to exercise your rights.

We do not view our service as "selling" data in the traditional sense. However, some US state laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly, and certain disclosures connected to lead enrichment or audience activation may fall within those definitions.

2. Your rights

If you are in the United States and covered by applicable state privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • request erasure of your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • request restriction or portability of applicable data;
  • lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Everyone, everywhere can also ask us to stop using their data in outreach or lead-enrichment workflows. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where required by law.

3. Email your request

Email your request to hello@leadbeast.io.

Please include:

  • the type of request you are making;
  • your work email address;
  • your first and last name;
  • your company and country;
  • your LinkedIn profile or another public profile URL, if available;
  • any additional details that help us locate the record or understand the request.

Please also confirm that the information is accurate and that you are the person identified, or an authorized agent acting on their behalf. We may still need to verify identity before processing the request.

4. What happens next

  1. We will review the request and may ask you to verify your identity.
  2. We aim to respond within 30 days for GDPR-style requests and within 45 days where US state laws apply.
  3. If we grant your request, we will update, delete, suppress, or otherwise process the data as required by law.
  4. We may retain limited information solely to maintain your opt-out status, prevent re-adding your record, and comply with legal obligations.
  5. If we cannot fulfill part of your request, we will explain why and, where relevant, how to escalate the issue.
